Share ko lang technique ko. 1. Hose down muna with water before wiping so the loose dust will fall off. 2. always use CLEAN 100% cotton towels when washing your car. 3. don't wash those towels with fabric softeners like downy. 4. use only car shampoo like turtle wax zip wax or big bert's own car shampoo. 5. pranelas, those you buy from the streets are a big no-no. 6. work your way from the top of the car to the bottom. 7. wiping dry can be done with also 100% cotton towels or better yet, use those microfiber towels which you can find at ace hardware. if u use these techniques, sure ako, minimized ang swirl marks, and lalo na if you wax every quarter.

Best tip to (ako naglilinis ng ktose ko so intindi ko mga hassle hehe)
When your about to dry, daanan niyo ng STREAM (not spray) of water yung buong kotse niyo.. this way, the water would be "pushed" down by the volume of water.... kung mahina water pressure from your hose, punuin niyo yung balde niyo with water at ibuhos niyo sa kotse (be careful not to make alot of splashes) ... this way kapag magtutuyo kayo, konti nalang yung water sa body ng car... if done right.... about 80% of water should be gone...
To dry your car of the remaining water. gamitan niyo ng Bath towels ninyo (ginagawa ko to hehe) .... promise it really works.... ofcourse, don't wipe.. ipatong niyo lang... then "dab" it on the body of the car to avoid micro scratching and swirls...
I have a black car. kaya inalam ko talaga lahat tong mga ka-artehan na to.. hehehehe
